Product' s Maximum Length: 12.5m

Casting table includes all crystallizers, aluminium molten metal dispatching system, cooling water dispatching system and starting head system. Graphite ring is made of high purity graphite; freproof material adopts "ZHONGNAI NO. 1”preformed unit.

Starting head adopts self-centering type and the material is cast iron. Top casting table and starting head pedestal are connected by four bolts so that they can be assembled and disassembled as a whole. Top casting table can tilt 90°if it's connected to tilting cylinders via other four bolts.
