A homogenizing furnace set is consisted of one homogenizing furnace, one cooling chamber & one charging car. Under accurate temperature control, the homogenizing furnace heats up billets to an appropriate annealing temperature, providing a homogenizing treatment for billet's casting structure, eliminate residual stress, so that the billets are of fine performance.

Cooling chamber cools down billets which have gone through homogenizing process via cooling air & cooling water, so that tiny grains can be obtained.
