The aging annealing furnace is specially designed for the aging hardening (and annealing) of aluminum profiles and bars. Due to the adoption of low air pressure and large air volume double suction fan, the hourly air volume can reach 100000 cubic meters, and the adoption of reversing structure, the longitudinal reversible hot air circulation in the furnace can be effectively organized, so that the temperature uniformity of various parts in the furnace can reach ± 5 ℃ when the furnace is empty, and the temperature difference of aging and annealing products can reach ± 3 ℃, So as to ensure the aging and annealing quality.

The aging furnace is tunnel type, with a set of charging car and feeding and discharging traction mechanism at both ends of the door. While one end of the charging car is heating and aging with material, the other end of the charging car can cool, discharge and load the material after discharging, so as to improve the operation rate.
